Shipping Policy
The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law, and by placing an order through our website you are representing yourself as being at least 21 years of age, and that the recipient is at least 21 years of age. ALL shipments require signature by a person at least 21 years of age, and we cannot ship to any person who appears intoxicated. Wine cannot be delivered to APO or PO boxes.
Title on all Wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of Connecticut. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know all relevant laws in their state. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize Citarella Wines & Spirits Greenwich to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf.
Please note that we can ONLY ship wine, and not every state allows shipping. We will process your order as received, and generally will confirm within 1-3 business days. Orders received by Thursday will usually ship out on the following Monday. Please note that shipping services selected reference time in transit from when the wine ships out, and not from the date the order is placed/confirmed.
