Citarellawines.com (the “Website”) is an Internet property of Citarella Wines and Spirits, LLC (“Citarella”, “us”, “our” or “we”). We have created this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) in order to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices.
Prior to detailing our privacy practices, it is important to note that every piece of merchandise for sale on the Citarella Website is unique to our specific retail outlet. Therefore, for the best overall shopping experience, we recommend selecting a store location (e.g., Hudson Yards or Greenwich) when visiting the Website and giving us your express permission to access your geographical location in accordance with the terms set forth hereinbelow. Not only will you see most of the current promotions and sales at the nearest store, but you should also be able to browse and purchase merchandise available to ship to your home in that specific area. If, for whatever reason, the Website does not automatically redirect to the location nearest you, select one from the dropdown menu on the main page. This will take you to a homepage curated specifically for the location nearest you, showcasing unique deals and merchandise at the closest store to you.
